Online Reinstatement Filing
Welcome to the online reinstatement filing page. Any corporation, limited liability company, or limited partnership that has been administratively dissolved or its status administratively revoked for failure to file an annual report within the last 10 years, may now submit an online reinstatement application. Simply enter the entity's document number below, click "Submit", and complete the online form that follows. The online reinstatement process is completed by submitting the required fees. An online reinstatement application for a business entity which has been administratively dissolved or revoked for more than one calendar year will not have access to the payment page until the online reinstatement application has been reviewed and the name of entity approved by this office. Credit cards, debit cards, checks and money orders are accepted. Credit and debit card payments will be processed within 2-3 days. Checks or money orders will be processed within 2 weeks of receipt. All payment options will be made available to you after your reinstatement application has been submitted and reviewed for filing requirements. Reinstatement filings will be processed after payment is received.
Enter the entity's document number below to submit your online reinstatement now.

Any information you submit on a reinstatement filing will be made part of the public record. All information will be available on the Division of Corporation's website for public view.
Please verify the information you submit for accuracy. The filing information will be added exactly as you enter it. Once you submit the information, it cannot be changed, removed, cancelled, or refunded.
If you receive the message "A filing is in the queue", this indicates we have received your reinstatement, but the reinstatement has not yet been processed by our office.
